Privacy Policy

Inferdat, Inc. · Effective Date: May 1, 2026 · Applies to: inferdat.ai | abi.inferdat.ai

1. Who We Are

Inferdat, Inc. (“Inferdat,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Nevada-registered company providing enterprise data and AI consulting services, AI-powered business intelligence tools, and consumer productivity applications. This Privacy Policy applies to the following websites we operate:

  • inferdat.ai — our main company website
  • abi.inferdat.ai — our AI-powered business intelligence product landing page

Questions or requests regarding this policy may be directed to: [email protected]

2. Our Approach to Privacy

We designed our websites with privacy as a default, not an afterthought. Our analytics setup collects no personal data and uses no cookies. Our contact form, when you choose to use it, collects only the information you voluntarily provide and only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with advertisers. We do not build behavioral profiles of visitors.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Voluntarily Submit — Contact Form (inferdat.ai)

The contact form on inferdat.ai collects the following information when you choose to submit it:

  • First name and last name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Topic of inquiry (selected from a dropdown: Proof of Concept, Assessment, ABI, Solution, or General Inquiry)
  • Message (optional)

This information is submitted voluntarily. You are not required to submit the form to use our websites.

Purpose: We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists, share your information with third parties, or use it for any purpose other than responding to your specific message unless you separately and explicitly consent.

Retention: We retain form submissions for up to two (2) years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 7.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically — Website Analytics

We use a self-hosted installation of Plausible Analytics (Community Edition v3.2.0) on both websites. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that collects only aggregate, anonymous data. It does not use cookies, does not use browser storage of any kind, does not collect or store IP addresses, and does not track individual users across sessions or devices.

The following aggregate, non-personal data points are collected:

  • Page URLs visited and number of pageviews
  • Referral source (e.g., Google, direct, social media)
  • UTM campaign parameters if present in URLs
  • Country, region, and city — derived from your IP address via a geolocation lookup. Your IP address is used transiently for this purpose only and is never stored.
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), browser name, and operating system
  • Outbound link clicks and file download clicks
  • Custom event names when you click specific call-to-action buttons (e.g., “CTA Click” — no personal data is attached to these events)

All analytics data is stored on our own server infrastructure located in the United States. No analytics data is transmitted to Plausible's cloud or any third party. Because no personal data is processed by our analytics setup, no consent is required for its operation under GDPR, CCPA, or ePrivacy rules.

3.3 Browser Storage

We do not set any cookies on any of our websites.

The main website (inferdat.ai) uses a single sessionStorage entry (key: marketplace-cta-dismissed) to remember whether you have dismissed a floating informational banner during your current browser session. This value contains no personal data, is never transmitted off your device, and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.

No other cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage are used on any of our websites.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Google Fonts

Our websites load web fonts (Inter and JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser loads these fonts, a standard HTTP request is made to Google's servers, which may include your IP address and the referring page URL as part of normal browser behavior.

This means Google may receive your IP address in connection with font loading. We do not control Google's data practices. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Note: We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts to eliminate this third-party data transfer. If you have concerns about this, using a browser extension that blocks Google Fonts requests will not affect website functionality.

4.2 No Other Third Parties

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Segment, Mixpanel, or any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking service on any of our websites. We do not use third-party CRMs, email marketing platforms, or any other external services that receive visitor or contact data from our websites.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Legitimate interest — Contact form submissions: We have a legitimate interest in receiving and responding to business inquiries. You have the option not to submit the form.
  • Legitimate interest — Google Fonts: We have a legitimate interest in presenting a functional, professionally styled website. We are evaluating self-hosting these fonts to eliminate this third-party data transfer.

Our self-hosted Plausible Analytics setup does not process personal data as defined by the GDPR and therefore does not require a legal basis.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. Our analytics setup does not collect personal information. The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form.

California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of personal information we hold about them; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of your location, you may contact us to:

  • Request access to any personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Ask questions about how your data is used

To make a request, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Security

Our websites are served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted using encrypted connections. Our server infrastructure is located in the United States and is operated and maintained by Inferdat. Access to submitted form data is limited to Inferdat personnel who need it to respond to your inquiry.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been involved in a security incident, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Children's Privacy

None of our websites are directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect. For material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
